What is collected
When you send the inquiry form, this page collects your name, email address, phone number, the suite type you're interested in, your preferred contact method, any message you write, your consent choice, the page address, and campaign tracking values (UTM parameters) when present in the link you arrived from.
Why it is collected
The details are used to answer your inquiry about Merrydale Residences at Thornhill Walk — sending current pricing, floor plans and availability, and arranging an appointment. If you tick the optional marketing box, Edmond may also send occasional emails about similar new condominium projects. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting Edmond directly.
Who receives it
Your submission goes to Edmond Lui, sales representative with RE/MAX Realtron. It is stored in the secure database behind this page and delivered to Edmond by email. Service providers that host this page, store submissions and deliver email process the data on our behalf. Appointment bookings are handled by Calendly under its own privacy terms. Your details are not sold.
Measurement
Page measurement (analytics) only runs if you allow it in the consent notice, and can be declined without affecting your ability to use this page or contact Edmond.
